XAP technology presents its brand new competition steering wheel: the Formula 2250 S3 Single Seater Steering Wheel with 6 paddles shift and 5 rotary knobs.
The new Formula XAP full carbon steering wheel has been developed with the help of our experience acquired during many single-seater championships.
The main parts are actually used on the Renault Sport RS01, Formula E and F2 championships. It has been homologated by FIA technical department according to the 2014 FIA LMP test procedure and validated by all development and RS01 championship drivers.
The full version can be equipped with:
- 10 pushbuttons.
- 6 Hall paddles shift (2 standards and 4 optional).
- 5 Hall rotative knobs (3 on the front part of the wheel and 2 optional on the handles).
- A transflective 4.3” programmable display.
- 16 RGB Leds.
- A luminosity sensor.
- Handles rotactors protection integrated to the polyurethane grip
- Increased diameter handles
- Light guide on all the leds to improve their visibility
- Blue programmable leds on pushbuttons (except brake balance switches)
- Last dash editor version compatibility
