The XAP Autonomous Driver Cooling range is dedicated to driver thermal comfort in the most demanding motorsport environments: endurance racing, GT, rally, prototypes, single-seaters and special vehicles. Designed and manufactured by XAP Technology, the Driver RC-100 / RacingCool system helps maintain driver focus and performance under extreme temperature conditions.
The Driver RC-100 is a fully embedded autonomous cooling system capable of supplying chilled water through internal circuits integrated into an FIA-approved cooling garment. Unlike dry ice solutions, it provides continuous cooling without time limitation and without engine power consumption.
Operating exclusively on 12 V, the system is fully autonomous and can be installed anywhere in the vehicle without heavy modifications. It integrates a reservoir, compressor, condenser and expansion valve within a compact and robust enclosure. Two cooling outlets allow simultaneous supply to the driver and, if required, the co-driver.
By maintaining the driver’s body temperature within an optimal range, the XAP system directly contributes to safety, fatigue reduction and consistent performance over long stints. Designed for intensive motorsport use, the Driver RC-100 is a proven, reliable solution requiring no consumables.
