Technical Support and Prepaid Packages
At XAP Technology, maintenance and support are part of the product life cycle. Our team helps you use your equipment and software, adjust configurations and address technical questions about your setup.
How to request support
- Submit a ticket at https://support.xap.fr, describing your needs and the products involved. All support requests must be submitted through this platform.
- Our team will review your request. Requests for documentation and straightforward questions receive a direct response.
- If more extensive assistance is needed, our team will explain the paid service required and send you a link to purchase the appropriate support credit from the XAP online store.
Support credit to suit your needs
We offer prepaid technical support by the hour, as well as packages of 2, 5 and 10 hours. After each support session, the actual time spent providing support is deducted from your available credit.

Software maintenance
