XAP Control Panels - Embedded Control and Driver Interfaces
XAP control panels are embedded driver interfaces designed for demanding environments such as motorsport, marine applications and industrial systems. They allow the centralisation of critical functions including ignition, engine start, cooling systems, engine modes, lighting, safety devices and strategy controls, within a robust, clear and ergonomic cockpit interface.
Control interfaces designed for motorsport
XAP control panels integrate push buttons, switches, rotary selectors and indicator LEDs, selected for their reliability under severe conditions: vibration, shock, dust and wide temperature variations. Each function is clearly identified through high-contrast markings, ensuring intuitive use by the driver even under stress or during high-intensity driving.
CAN communication and advanced electronic integration
Depending on the configuration, XAP control panels can be CAN-controlled or connected directly to I/O modules. They integrate naturally into modern electronic architectures using CAN, CAN FD or LIN, and interface seamlessly with dashboards, ECUs, power distribution units and telemetry systems. This approach reduces wiring complexity, improves reliability and simplifies maintenance.
Customisation, backlighting and cockpit integration
Control panels are available with backlighting (static or CAN-driven), ensuring perfect readability both day and night. XAP offers full customisation: control layout, actuator types, colours, symbols, laser engraving or silkscreen printing.
