The XAP LPC V2 LED panel controller is a CAN interface designed to drive LED position panels. It manages communication between the vehicle system and the display panels to ensure reliable and instant race information display.
The LPC V2 controller is the central element of the XAP LED position display system.
It manages communication between the vehicle CAN network and the LED panels, allowing race data such as car position, race number or system states to be transmitted to the displays.
The controller features two separate CAN lines:
• One for the vehicle system
• One dedicated to the LED panels
This architecture isolates the display communication from the main vehicle network, improving system reliability.
The controller also provides panel power supply and the required interfaces for connection. Configuration and integration can be performed through the USB interface.
Designed for professional motorsport environments, the LPC controller is compatible with transponders and marshalling systems used in major championships.
