XAP Technology’s DASH NT4 is a 4-inch circular dashboard for vehicles, test benches and marine, industrial, defence or R&D systems. Its 732 × 732 px display combines visibility with a compact format, while its two CAN interfaces, calculation functions and alarms process data locally. DashEditor creates or adapts the interface and functions to each architecture.
The 4-inch high-definition screen organises multiple pages, multilingual menus, alerts and event-driven functions. DashEditor can create a configuration from a blank page or adapt an existing configuration.
The NT4 combines display and intelligent-node functions: it receives CAN data, processes maths channels and can manage locally configured actions.
Potential applications include motorcycles, off-road and endurance vehicles, supplementary displays, test benches and control systems, marine or industrial instrumentation, defence and R&D prototypes. GPS and Tripmaster options are available for this product.
DASH NT4 operates from 8 to 70 V and communicates over CAN and USB. XAP can supply a start or table loom and tailor the DashEditor and DBC configuration to the project. Before commissioning, the installer should confirm protection, programmable CAN resistors and option dependencies.
Two CAN interfaces and two programmable CAN resistors support integration into a distributed architecture. The 4 analogue inputs connect local signals, while the 4 WHEEL1 to WHEEL4 digital inputs can be used as wheel-speed inputs in accordance with the J1 pinout.
GPS, data logging, Performance Analyser, Tripmaster and simulation remain optional. XAP can prepare a custom configuration and offer suitable looms.
