XAP Technology’s MPC 6PWM is an electrical distribution module for embedded motorsport architectures that need to control high-power loads across multiple voltage levels. Its six 50 A half-bridge outputs can be paired into three full bridges, combining PWM control up to 20 kHz with a maximum total current of 150 A. The MPC architecture therefore provides a centralised, scalable foundation for the vehicle’s electrical system.
The MPC 6PWM supports a voltage range from 12 to 75 V, with the input voltage delivered at the output. It can therefore be integrated into projects combining 12 V, 24 V and 48 V networks. Separate logic and power supplies help structure the architecture around control functions and high-power loads.
Each output can operate as a half bridge, while two outputs can be paired to form a 50 A full bridge. The module can therefore provide up to three full bridges. The XAP central controller (MPC CMD) enables the module to be integrated into the project’s MPC electrical architecture.
For integration, the MPC 6PWM brings together power channels HP1 to HP6, the control supply, ground and the CAN bus on connector J7. XAP can support module configuration and connection within the project’s MPC architecture.
